Shipping Rates and Policies
We use United States Postal Service Flat Rate Mail. Shipping is a flat fee of $9.00. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States through the internet. You may contact us by e-mail or phone if you live elsewhere. Thank You.
Returns and Replacements
To make a return, please contact Dzialo Skin Care at contactus@dzialoskincare.com and ask for a return. Enclose a note with the original invoice and the reason for the return. Re-package the item(s) in the original carton.

Returns:
Send the return to Dzialo Skin Care 1435 N.W. 23rd Ave., #101 Portland, Oregon 97210. Keep accurate records of your shipment until you have received your credit or new merchandise. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processes within 2 weeks. If the original order was purchased via credit card, we will contact you (as we do not keep credit card information on file) so your refund can be credited to your original credit card account. We do not issue refunds or credits on opened or used merchandise.
International Orders:
Should you wish to make a purchase for international shipment, please contact us directly at contactsus@dzialoskincare.com and we will be happy to make arrangements for your order.
