Should you wish to make a return, please follow these procedures:
1. Contact the original place of business where you purchased Dzialo Skin Care At this time, this would include European Facials by Dzialo at europeanfacials@mac.com and Andrea’s Facials @ info@andreasfacials.com and ask for a return.
2. Enclose a note with the original invoice and the reason for the return.
3. Re-package the item(s) in the original carton.
4. Send the return to the address listed on your receipt.
5. Keep accurate records of your shipment until you have received your credit or new merchandise.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks. If the original order was purchased via credit card, your refund will be credited to your original credit card account.
We do not issue refunds or credits on opened or used merchandise.
